Glazpart are proud to be an approved colour paint sprayer for many paint systems developed for application onto plastic.

The spray systems are special coatings designed to paint uPVC and other hard plastic such as ABS, polycarbonate and acrylic where the systems form a molecular cross bond with the plastic surface.

To enable the production of coloured window frames, coloured doors and coloured conservatories thousands of colours are available. We can offer all standard RAL and BS colours and match to most other colour systems. In addition, we have a specialist colour matching service that allows us to match non-standard colours and supplied colour samples.

Our systems are extremely colour stable and resistant to UV and will hold its colour, without excessive fading.

Technical data sheets show that the system does not contain lead, cadmium, zinc, formaldehyde or isocyanates so is kinder to the environment and safer for operators.

With the move to the promotion of matt or super matt finishes, this represents a significant challenge for system components suppliers for parts such as cill end caps, joiners, sash horns, mullion end caps and highly visible trickle vents.

Most process’ present issues of cost, investment or significant compromise on the lack of matt finish which can be delivered.
That’s why Glazpart have developed matt finishes which when applied to trickle vents and system components offer a near perfect finish and match to these low gloss linear wrapped profile finishes.

Here is a good example of innovation to deliver new finished with low gloss levels as we deliver 4 of the latest low gloss matt finished colours to the fenestration market.

For that final finishing touch, available in all moulded colours and Premium Woodgrain effects. The Glazpart embossed finish adds that final finesse.

For use when using linear foiled profiles this finish on the closure plates hide the trickle vent back into the embossed finish of the foil – even white!

Combine this with a vaccum foiled canopy and the trickle ventilator almost disappears into the profile.
