Moulded in Glazpart’s dedicated clean area, currently operating at class 7000, the closures are moulded to the highest quality standards with fully automatic robotic 6 axis take offs and video inspection with full batch traceability and quality checks under ISO 9001:2015.

Including Glazpart’s CMM and Keyence Digital Image Measurement Systems to reduces Time taken during the high frequency dimensional batch measurements for faster F.A.I.R  and I.S.I.R results and data analysis and reporting. They are then packed and delivered to Thermofisher scientific sites.
