TIMBERWELD® is a patented method of welding corners on PVCu window frame corners to make an authentic timber butt joint effect, on both side of the window, inside and out.

With TIMBERWELD® you can now have wood effect windows with timber look joints. TIMBERWELD® acheives textured, grained windows and doors, with butt jointed construction, joints that look just like wooden mortised and tenoned joints, without the painting!

The technical team at Glazpart worked closely with Ramon Rabbett inventor of TIMBERWELD® to develop the concept and deliver the highest technical standards required for TIMBERWELD®. The mechanical joint perfectly interlocks and is welded into place for the perfect corner whilst delivering a strong corner joint to meet all the industry’s technical standards.
