Even as I have moved across different regions and worked with various contacts, the level of service has remained consistently high.
I have always felt confident in their ability to support me in converting my own customer sales, and I have never hesitated to reach out for assistance. Their response times are excellent and reliable.
My primary contact, Andy Loban, has been particularly supportive. During the time I have worked with him, he has consistently responded within a reasonable timeframe and provided the information and solutions I required.
In terms of product quality, I have encountered very few issues. I have never had any major concerns, and on the rare occasions when minor issues arose, they were addressed promptly and efficiently.
Overall, my experience with Glazparts has been excellent, and I would have no hesitation in continuing to work with them.
